Space planning
Layouts and circulation for a plot, an apartment or an existing shell, compared and resolved before any finish is chosen.
Space planning answers the first question of any project: what goes where, and why. For a plot it means the position and footprint of the building; for an apartment or an office it means the arrangement of rooms, walls, openings and storage within a shell that already exists.
We test several arrangements against the brief, the light, the structure and the services, and present the options with their trade-offs rather than a single answer. The chosen plan becomes the base for architecture, interiors or renovation, whichever follows.
It is also a useful first step on its own, for anyone who wants to understand what a plot or a space can hold before committing to a full design.
