Homes, villas, independent floors and farmhouses designed around how the family lives, from the plan of the plot to the detail of a window.
A house is designed from the inside out. We start with the family: who lives there now and who may later, how the day runs, where privacy matters and where everyone gathers. The plan follows from those answers, and the elevation follows from the plan.
Light, ventilation and orientation are settled first, because they cannot be added later. Bedrooms, living spaces, kitchens and courtyards are placed for the sun and the breeze of the site, and the structure is planned to keep rooms open where openness is wanted.
The studio designs new homes, independent floors, villas and farmhouses, and coordinates their construction where execution is part of the agreed scope.
