Who we are
ARQOVIA ATELIER is an architecture and interior design studio in Gurugram, Haryana. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions and requests go to info@arqoviaatelier.com.
What the enquiry form collects
When you send an enquiry we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the service you are interested in, the project location, the budget range and timeline if you choose them, your message, and your confirmation that we may contact you. We also record the page you sent it from and the date and time.
To stop automated spam, the form also stores a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection address for a short time. It cannot be turned back into your address.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you about your enquiry, by phone, WhatsApp or email, and to keep a record of the conversation while a project is being discussed or carried out. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for advertising. If your project goes ahead, your details may be shared with the consultants, contractors and suppliers who work on it, and only for that purpose.
WhatsApp, phone and email links
The WhatsApp, call and email buttons open WhatsApp, your phone app or your email app. What you send through them is covered by those services’ own policies, and WhatsApp conversations are stored on WhatsApp. The website counts taps on these buttons without recording who tapped them.
Visitor statistics
If we switch on visitor statistics, we use a cookie-less service (Vercel Web Analytics) that counts page views and the pages they come from without identifying you. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you.
Cookies
The public pages of this website set no cookies. A sign-in cookie is used only by the studio’s own staff when they log in to the website’s admin area.
Where your information is stored
Enquiries are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase in India (Mumbai region). The website itself is served by Vercel. Both providers process the data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of the projects we discuss. Write to us if you would like your enquiry deleted earlier, and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it for a legal or accounting reason.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Email info@arqoviaatelier.com or call +91 98110 67181, and we will reply to you directly.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about it is subject to the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page. The date it was last updated is shown at the end of the page.
